ACI prototypes, manufactures, all the Corvette® fiberglass parts listed in our catalog.  The following pictures show the steps taken in the manufacturing process. 

First, molds are made...

Second, open molds are sprayed with Gelcoat...

Once molds are sprayed, the gelcoat must cure before the lamination process can begin...

Each ACI part is then hand crafted by skilled laminators with the highest quality fiberglass mat and resin ...

After the parts are fully cured, they are removed from the molds and sent to the grinding room to be hand finished...

Finally, the parts are sent to shipping to be crated to fill your order..
